MWR Food Services operations and renovation status.

MWR has some exciting projects happening in the Food Services Division! Facility improvements, new vendors, party areas and expanding the food options available on base.

Pizza Villa I ( Rota gate)

Currently under renovation. Will be closing on 20 DEC 2009 and is scheduled to reopen in the Spring of 2010.

Pizza Villa II (Puerto gate)

Will be increasing their hours and operations to accommodate the temporary closure of Pizza Villa I.

Upon completion of the Pizza Villa I renovation, Pizza Villa II will close and be contracted to a local food service vendor (yet to be determined).

Rota Lanes

“Party Area” is under construction and should be completed in February 2010.

"The Grill" at the bowling center is now open and will be open on Christmas Day along with the bowling center.

Champions

Food service contract has been awarded to ZEN from Rota. Renovations have begun and are expected to be completed in early spring.

Pizza Villa will also open a pizza window at the club to offer pizza by the box.
