Community Classes

The Community Classes program is based at the MWR Expeditions Building. The program offers classes for children and adults in dance, fitness, arts and crafts, foreign languages, computers, photography, and a variety other subjects. Classes are scheduled days, evenings, and weekends at Expeditions, the Fitness Center, and other MWR facilities. You can sign-up and pay for classes at the Expeditions Liberty Desk. Classes change monthly, so check the website, the MWR page in the Coastline newspaper, or pick up the monthly flyer at Expeditions. Call 727-2527 for program details.

Becoming an Instructor
Community Classes instructors are people who have a skill or talent that they would like to share with the community. Many instructors are military spouses, although some are active duty military. All positions are part-time, and instructors work as independent contractors, setting their own hours and rates.

  • ‘Rota Fusion’ Dance Team (Grades 7-10) (Ages Grades 7 - 10) - Jan 01, 2012 - Mar 31, 2012
